Post- Santa snooze

Boy, opening all of those gifts from all that admire me sure was tiring! It was nice of Mom and Dad to clean up around the tree so that I could have a nice place to take a nap.

HAPPY NEW YEAR to all my fans!

Gifts I deserved

I got so many great gifts, not just from Santa, but from my Gramma Julie and Nana Pat! The ultimate gift, though, was the pink singing snowman my Mom gave me. It says "ho ho ho, Merry Christmas" and then it sings "Santa CLAWS is comin' to town."
I love to make it sing!

My very first Christmas!

Wow! Christmas sure is fun! I got a TON of gifts- I must be a very good girl! I could open the gifts by myself (for the most part).

first trip to the "spa"

After only a couple of weeks in my new home, Mom decided that I really needed a bath. So, she took me to the "spa". She gave me a bath herself and I was very good, didn't really mind it, except the dryer was a little scary. The groomer ladies were so nice to me!

My new friend Kim gave me some water and a nice blanket to lay on. I didn't bark at the other dogs, not even once! I was a real lady.

The name game

I arrived with the name Sprite, but, my new Mom and Dad did not like that name at all. I agree, it was not quite right. I prefer what they chose for me, Molly. It just fits so much better than Sprite, which was not nearly feminine enough.

I was only with my new parents for two days and they sent me away for that "little surgery". See my stitches? I sure was glad to get back home again. I forgave them for sending me away, because that's the kind of girl I am.

My new home

I arrived at my new home on November 18th, fashionably late, as every girlie girl should! My new Mom and Dad loved me immediately. Why wouldn't they? Look how cute I am!

By the way, I am dedicating this blog to my big cousin Emily, who gave me the idea. Thanks, Emily!
